Scanning Tours

FEHRL has, since 2010, been coordinating Scanning Tours with the United States.

Each of these tours was developed in cooperation with the U.S. Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA’s) Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC), which represents the United States within FEHRL.

The tours are intended to bring about the exchange of knowledge and partnership building between organizations in the United States and the participating FEHRL members.

The mutual benefit in knowledge-sharing with other parts of the world are the main reason behind FEHRL organising a Scanning Tour to Asia (2016), within Europe (2017) and to the USA (2018).
