Description

Short technical description: The purpose of ALIZE-LCPC sofware is to design pavement structures according to the French rational design method developped by LCPC and SETRA. Strains and stressed induced by traffic loads in pavement are calculated using the elastic multi-layers model. They are compared to allowable values depending on the fatigue performances of the road materials. ALIZE-LCPC also allows the verification of the frost/thaw pavement behaviour.
