Day 2

We kicked off the second day with Session 4: Overview of Research Activities.
We were thrilled to hear from Dirk Jansen, Head of Section at BASt - Federal Highway Research Institute, about the BD-PAVE project, which focuses on using big data for pavement management and beyond. BD-PAVE is a prime example of how cutting-edge research can help us build more sustainable and resilient transport infrastructure. We look forward to learning more about the other projects presented in this session and their contributions to advancing the field of transport research.
