Seminar on 19-20th March 2012 in Berlin organised by FEHRL member BASt, FGSV (German Road and Transportation Research Association) and TUM (Technische Universität München, Zentrum Geotechnik).

The 3rd International Seminar on Earthworks in Europe, organised by BASt (German Federal Highway Research Institute), FGSV (German Road and Transportation Research Association) and TUM (Technische Universität München, Zentrum Geotechnik) will take place in Berlin, Germany, from 19th to 20th March 2012.

The conference, co-sponsored by FEHRL and PIARC, is a succession of the two conferences that took place successfully in Paris, France, in 2005 and in London, United Kingdom, in 2009. This international seminar is to be organised as the third of a planned long-term series of events to discuss and promote technical progress and understanding of recent developments and issues in the design and construction of earthworks in European countries.
