INRC looking for technical guidelines/regulations/specifications and packaging methods

Such methods requested for Truck Transport of Granular/Dusty Bulk Cargo Harmful to Road and Bridge Infrastructure.

Some of the Israel National Roads Company (INRC) road sections are used extensively by heavy trucks for the transport of granular/dusty bulk cargo harmful to road and bridge infrastructure. INRC is referring mainly to products which contain chlorides harmful to bridge and other concrete structures and is currently looking for technical regulations/guidelines/specifications and packaging methods regarding the correct way to transport these materials so that no leakage will occur and no airborne particles will be scattered on the road. They are especially interested in the correct means and technologies to cover the cargo in order to avoid these harmful phenomena.
